Protocol Standard:	Alcatel AOC, TSAPI
Operation Mode:	The recording system interfaces with Alcatel PABX through TSAPI. After receiving the trigger message, the recording system returns the IP and port to TSAPI. After receiving the request, the IP phone sends RTP stream to the recording system for recording
