We had released ICCM Intelligent Inspection system for contact center to transform the traditional quality inspection from sampling to full quality inspection; from only listening to able to read voices. At the same time, we had introduced artificial intelligence MiniNoise headphones for intelligent speech applications to improve the recognition rate of ASR; real-time voice data processing system that makes real-time intelligent voice applications more accurate and timely. Moreover, we released VCLog BI business intelligent products in response to the demand of contact center big data analysis and intelligent reporting.
