The traditional recording method connects the recording system with analog and digital telephone/E1/SS7 lines in parallel with the high impedance of the line (“T” type), and  records agent calls by using a recording card card with a server.
The recording system uses a high-performance recording card to record the voice of the line call in the recording server by means of line shunting. By using professional recording cards and a unique voice resource distribution method, the compression of voice resources on each line is independent. DSP resources are completed without consuming CPU resources, effectively guaranteeing the stability of the recording system.
