On 20/12/2018, VoiceCyber won the 2018 CTI Forum Editor’s Choice Award- Artificial Intelligence Special Noise-Cancelling Solution in the “2018 Industry Application and Market Analysis CTIForum Editor’s Choice Award”which was held by CTIforum.

“CTIForum Editor’s Choice Award” is an annual ICT industry technology award hosted by China’s leading information and communication technology industry website CTIforum. This award event covers major ICT technologies and product solutions.

VoiceCyber’s self-developed MiniNoise headset specialized for contact centers is able to shield the sound of neighbouring seats accurately. When agent is speaking to customer, the MiniNoise headset can almost eliminate neighbouring’s voice and then provide pure voice data to voice recognition engine. What special is when the agent is silent, the headset can also eliminate the voice of the neighbouring agent to avoid misrecognition of the speech recognition engine; this is beyond the noise reduction headsets that currently used by contact centers.
