VoiceCyber Co., Ltd. (referred as VoiceCyber) participated the “2018 IFLYTEK Smart Service Ecosystem Summit” which was held by iFLYTEK Co.,Ltd. in Kempinski Hotel Guiyang, on 25/5/2018.
During the exhibition, VoiceCyber was invited to give a speech on “Clearer sound makes speech semantic recognition more accurate”, which provided a new solution to assist artificial intelligence to enhance the recognition rate. After the speech, many end users gathered to VoiceCyber’s booth to personally experience the significant innovation brought by this solution. Other than that, users were also showed their interests in a series of VoiceCyber’s solution including voice recording, video recording, artificial intelligence real-time voice forwarding, agent assistant and intelligent quality inspection for contact centers.
